💎 How does the custom design process work?
We start by listening to our customers' dreams. Your design is custom-prepared during the sketching and 3D modeling phase. After your approval, the production process begins, and your jewelry is brought to life by our artisans' craftsmanship.
💎 Can I bring my own design idea?
Of course. Whether you bring a sketch, a photo, or just an idea, we will turn it into a piece of jewelry.
💎 What materials are used?
We work with 925 sterling silver, 10K–22K gold, bronze, and precious/semi-precious stones. Different materials can also be used upon request.
💎 How long does the production of a custom design take?
It is completed within an average of 2–4 weeks, depending on the detail of the design. You can inform us in advance for urgent orders.
💎 How is pricing determined?
The price is determined by the materials used, the intensity of workmanship, and the choice of stones. A clear quote will be provided before design approval. Payment is calculated as 40% of the total amount upfront, with the remaining 60% due upon delivery of the work.
💎 Can changes be made to custom orders?
Revisions are possible before production begins. Once the production process has started, changes may be limited.
💎 Do you keep my designs confidential?
Yes. Designs specially prepared for you will not be shared with third parties and will be kept completely confidential.
