Return and Refund Policy

As Seneca Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

• It must be returned in its original packaging/box, including the certificate of authenticity (if applicable).

3. Non-Returnable Items (Important Exceptions)

Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of certain products, returns are not accepted for the following items:

• Earrings (due to hygienic reasons).

• Personalized Products (jewelry that is custom-made to a specific size, personalized with a name, or engraved).

• Discounted or Promotional Items (Final Sale).

4. Return Process and Shipping

To initiate a return request, please send an email to info@senecajewelry.com.tr with your order number.

• Return Shipping Fees: For standard returns (where the product is not defective), all return shipping costs and customs duties/fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (credit card) within 7-10 business days.
