Refund and Return Policy
At Seneca Jewelry, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our artisanal pieces. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Window You may initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility & Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (resellable).

It must be returned in its original premium packaging, including all boxes, certificates of authenticity, and protective materials.

Any item showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons.

Bespoke & Personalized Pieces: Any jewelry that has been custom-made, engraved, or resized specifically for you.

Sale Items: Products purchased as "Final Sale" or during special promotional campaigns.
4. Return Process & Fees To start a return, please email us at info@senecajewelry.com.tr with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Shipping Address for Returns All returns must be shipped to our central manufacturing and inspection studio. Please ensure the package is insured and trackable:
