Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Seneca Jewelry, we are dedicated to delivering our artisanal creations to collectors worldwide with speed and care. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Crafting and Processing Time Every piece of Seneca Jewelry is handled with precision. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates To ensure the highest level of security and speed, we exclusively use Worldwide Express Shipping via our partners, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

While all pieces are handcrafted in and shipped from our main studio in Turkey, we provide rapid global delivery:

  • Europe: 2–5 Business Days

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 Business Days

  • Rest of the World: 5–10 Business Days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number to follow your package's journey.

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other local customs fees governed by the laws of the destination country.

  • These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. * Seneca Jewelry LLC cannot predict or control these fees and is not responsible for any delays caused by local customs processing.

4. Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Refused Shipments: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties or provided an incorrect address, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Delivery Failures: Seneca Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided.
