Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1-3 business days following the purchase. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our products are shipped from Turkey. For international shipments, we utilize express shipping companies through our integrated partners, including ShipEntegra (DHL, UPS, etc.).

• Europe: 2-5 Business Days

• United States & Canada: 3-7 Business Days

• Other Countries: 5-10 Business Days

Once your order is shipped, a notification email containing a tracking number will be sent to you.

3. Customs and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other import fees may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country. These taxes and fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Seneca Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.

4. Delivery Issues

For packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a refusal to pay the required customs duties, the initial shipping costs and any resulting return customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
